TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION

All users must register to use CBC application.

Business owners: salon owners, residential landlords, group homes, home health care agency, retirement homes, correctional facilities, nursing homes and senior citizen homes.

Management team of renting or leasing space as a photo shoot, salon, or catering event, hotel, correctional facility, group home, nursing home, retirement facility and senior citizen homes.

Clients: original consumer of surveillance services. A client that resides with management or concierge on site

Clients: original consumer of non-surveillance services. A client that resides with no management or concierge on site

Traveling freelancers such as professional cosmetologists and non-professional cosmetologists who agreed under contracted terms to service clients as a sub-contracted self-employed traveling freelancer of caterers, cosmetologist, disk jockey (DJ), field supervisors, linen technicians, photographers, henna ink and tattoo artist.

TIMES OF SERVICE

  • During “winter season” CBC mobile service begins at 07:00 AM and ends at 15:00.
  • During “summer season" CBC mobile service begins at 06:00 AM and end at 16:00.
  • CBC Office hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 am to 15:00 PM.
  • CBC Sanitation facility hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 AM to 15:00 PM.
  • Braiding service start times may begin as early as 05:00 AM to 15:00 PM.
  • Client booking from hotels or any facility that has management or concierge on duty may request after hour services of 16:00 PM.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of service must be made between 45 minutes to no later than 1 hour before a booked service appointment to receive a 100% refund to avoid the loss of processing, tax and traveling fees.

  • The client must call CBC to cancel services, not the freelancer. 

REFUND

Depending on bank, refund may take 3 to 7 business days.

TIPS

.Cash tips: no loose change on the freelancer bigger than 10.00$.

·Tips can be made electronically from any cash card that’s compatible.

·Tips are also allowed through CBC application check out. 

BEFORE BOOKING

If any of the following services listed below is booked for service; a consent wavier form will be presented to be read, reviewed, acknowledge and to signed before receiving services.

  • Nail Enhancements and Gel U-V Lamp Services.
  • Eyelashes.
  • Hair treatments that contain strong chemicals, perms, dyes etc.
  • Skin treatments of strong chemicals.  
  • Under the age of 17 years of age.

 

Before Booking: Consultation services:

Please be advised consultations and original services are booked separately.

Services consultant: repairs; removals; treatments and or services
trails:

  • Hair removal: Braids and Installations.
  • Hair treatments: chemical services- dyes, perms, oil & protein. 
  • Hair touch ups: frontal lace, half braid service.
  • Nail enhancement removal (soak offs).
  • Nail enhancement repairs: broken nails (no broken skin), fill-ins.
  • Facial cleaning.
  • Make design consultation.

SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS & PETS

Before Service: Client Arrangements:

Clients must arrange a presentable, clean
and free of debris service area. 

·        
Domestic animals & Service pets: CBC respectful ask clients to acknowledge the
freelancer's professional space and keep family pets away from tampering with
utensils, chemicals and equipment.

·        
The guardian of the family pet is 100% responsible for the safety of their pet from hazardous chemicals, fumes, flammables, and electricity etc.

·        
Client must arrange comfortable seating.

·        
Client must arrange proper lighting.

·        
Client must arrange proper plug outlets; no freelancer will overstock on a power outlet.

Before Service: Catering Policy:

       
All food; ingredients; seasoning and instructions should be present. 

    
Utensils: pots, pans, bowls, plates, measuring cups, pitchers, folks, spoons, mittens, etc. 

    
Cleaning products: Dish soap, disinfection
solutions of any kind, surface cleaner, clean towels, paper towels, broom and
mop with fresh water. 

  
Proper Ventilation: Open windows, surface fan etc.

Before Service: Mobile Salon Service restrictions:

      
Clients should not shave or scrub legs
before pedicure service.

       
Clients should not shave or scrub face
before facial service.

     
Clients should not cut finger &
toenails too low before services.

Before Service: Linen Restrictions:

    
No undergarments: this includes - men/women’s
boxers; lingerie: panties; underwear; bras; sports bras.  

       
No soiled linen: blood; urine; bm stains. These items will be left untouched. 

     
Clients are to sort colors.

    
Clients are to provide laundry basket, no
trash bags.    

    
Bags are recommended for top cover only to keep laundry dry from rain / snow weather. 

    
Linen services is a no contact service. No
linen technician is to be in client's home: this is prohibited. 

    
Please review linen technician profile for
laundry supply brands used.  

       
All laundry services may take up to 4
hours for a return. 

       
No expensive brand clothing. 

   
Before linen pick up: tag name on linen
basket with permanent marker.

SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS & RESTRICTIONS

Environment:

Infestation of bed bugs, mice, and roaches, unpleasant smells and high volume of trash.

Manicure & Pedicure:

  • Twisted nails.
  • Overly thick nails.
  • Damaged, torn, injured, or visible irritation like redness or rash around the nail plate, or on the nail bed.
  • A broken nail.
  • A lifted nail exposing broken skin
  • A bruised, sore, redness, hot to the touch, bleeding feet or toes, face or skin surface.
  • Blood thinner medication – Nail enhancement restricted.
  • Poor blood circulation – Mini message restricted.

Eyelashes

Puffy, red and swelling of the eye or near the eyelash.

Crusted lashes

Flaking of the skin near eyelash

Damaged or missing natural lashes.

Facial, Eyebrows or Make-up application

Severe flaky, crusted skin.

Fungal acne or rash on the skin.

.

Hair styling, barbering, braiding &
dreads (consultation recommended).

Flaky, fungal or dryness to the scalp.

Over processed hair.

During Service: Safety and
Prevention:

Ingestion & absorption: to prevent chemicals, dust particles and harmful debris becoming digested, or dissolved wrongfully during service CBC respectfully ask to the minimum.

Please do not touch your hair, face, or phone or dig in bags, when chemical or
products are applied.

Please do not eat heavy greasy foods with your hands during manicuring services. Oils may interfere with products curing properly.

If client choose to eat during services, a closed top drink and seal covered food
with utensils are exceptional during services.

If service area is small, please open windows, doors or use a low-level fan to
circulate fresh air.

 12-minute Sanitation is taken seriously; CBC policies do follow the department of safety and professional services.

A freelancer should visibly sanitize their working area before each service.

ALL tools are serviced at CBC sanitation facilities to be clean, sanitized, bagged and dated.

10 Minute Observation: each mobile salon service may detail an observation of a client's environment; skin; face; hair; hands and feet; before service.

Service Satisfaction & Ratings: CBC goal is to give top services to all serviceable clients.

We value what we do, CBC cosmetologist & catering freelancer will perform 25/25/50 service.

·25%: Freelancer will discuss client service choice and suggestions.

·25%: Freelancer will stop mid-service to recap style, texture, size, color etc.

If client agrees to continue, clients can use the CBC freelancer’s
portal to rate their service experience. This is optional.

·50%: of the remaining service will be complete.

Mid service: We respectfully ask that the client tell the technician immediately that they are unhappy with the quality of the work.

All clients are required to immediately discontinue service at the 50% rate of service completion if they are not satisfied.

In fairness, if freelancer completes a 100% service rate to only have a client acknowledge that they are not satisfied with their service will cause the client to have their account terminated. After a full investigation and refund; excluding processing, tax and traveling fees.

Unsatisfactory:

Option # 1: Service insurance can be added at the same time of booking. This service is optional and is refunded back to the client if there is 100 % satisfaction
service rating.

Service Insurance Rates

·        
If client adds service insurance, CBC will send out the next available freelancer
to re-do and complete the clients service request.

·        
If client do not add service insurance, the client will rebook service independently and rewarded a refund excluding processing, taxes and any
traveling fees.

Option # 2: If client a want to discontinue services without dispatching a new freelancer, the client is rewarded a refund excluding processing and traveling fees.

·        
CBC will charge for the cost of any repairs, replacements for the damage that a client has caused.

·        
If a client is cut to the point of bleeding out CBC will simply perform first aid
and discontinue service within that injured area.

All accidental injuries must be documented. – Classicstudios.org _menu _ client profile _ or under freelancer profile click on _ Status & Reports.

·CBC will refund .3% back to the client.

·If a client wants to completely discontinue services, clients are welcome to do so.

·A refund will be rewarded excluding traveling and processing and tax fees.

·All clients have the right to a full refund if services is not a full worth satisfaction.

·A client has the right to dispute an unsatisfactory service by visiting CBC front page menu bar and selecting: Service Incident Report and detail the issues of service.

After Service:

· Optional - CBC may ask the client to rate their experience.

· Rebooking - CBC will not perform a full service earlier than the proper rescheduling time frame.

· CBC will not offer any refund or credit because a client has simply changed their mind after the freelancer has left the service.

CHILDREN

CBC respectfully ask if a client has minor children present, please acknowledged the freelancer's professional space and keep children away from tampering with utensils, chemicals and equipment.

CBC will not be responsible for any service injury that occurred during service with children and neglect.

The parent or guardian of the minor child present is 100% responsible for the care and safety of their minor child from hazardous chemicals, fumes, flammables, and electricity.

Please acknowledge causes of activities that may contribute to an unsafe environment or injury the freelancer has the right to discontinue service.

Client will lose traveling, booking deposit and time management fees.

25/25/50 POLICY

CBC GOALS: top services to all serviceable clients.

We value what we do; CBC cosmetologist & catering freelancer will perform 25/25/50 service.

·25%: Contractor will discuss client service choice and suggestions.

·25%: Contractor will stop mid-service to recap style, texture, size, color etc.

·50%: of the remaining service will be complete.

At the end of your services appointment, if there are no issues to address, this means you have accepted the service and are happy with the service provided.

We will charge for the cost of any repairs, replacements for the damage that you have caused.

If you are cut to the point of bleeding out during your nail enhancement, hair cut or brow trimming we will simply perform first aid and discontinue service within that injured area.

A freelancer will not bargain the cost of their state license to continue services on an injured area. This neglectful action may cause an infection, or irritation simply because a client still wants to complete services.

We will refund .3% of your money and complete service on un-injured areas.

If a client wants to completely discontinue services, clients are welcome to do so.

A refund will be rewarded excluding traveling and processing and tax fees.

All clients have the right to a full refund if services is not a full worth satisfaction.

A client has the right to dispute an un-satisfactory service by visiting Classic Studios front page menu bar and selecting: Service Incident Report and detail the issues of service.

 

 AFTER SERVICES

After services (optional) we may ask that you take a moment and fill out a survey or review rating of your service.

Please rebook within the booking grace period of your service. We will not perform a full service earlier than that time frame.

We will not offer any refund or credit because you have simply changed your mind after the freelancer has left the service.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE

Any service changes needed can be added or canceled no later than “1 hour before service appointment” through CBC booking profile.

Any service changes made for a booked appointment, and it is “after the 1-hour service policy window” added services and payment options is settled between the client and a Freelancer.

CBC is not responsible for additional service transactions that is made between the client and freelancer.

Field Supervisor:

CBC- Field Supervisor is not affiliated with cities local police department.

      
CBC- Field Supervisor description of service is to assist the traveling freelancer.

 
CBC respectfully ask that all users respect the field supervisors’ assistance to help resolve minor issues and the traveling safety of all service given.

     
If any circumstances of escalation of conflict arise, please call the local Police Department.


Non-surveillance service additional fees are $15.06.

SURVEILLANCE & NON-SURVEILLANCE SERVICE

Surveillance: a facility or residential property with a property management or concierge on duty.

Non - surveillance: a facility or residential property with no property management or concierge on duty.

MEMBER & NON-MEMBER

    
A non-member service request will be denied.

A register client cannot book for a non - registered client.

Exceptional: Registry of a minor

Minor: must possess the same address. 

Additional addresses are prohibited.

REDIRECTION

Clients are prohibited from redirecting a traveling freelancer to a non-registered property for catering, linen, or mobile salon service.

PAYMENT & SCHEDULE

Payments: All booked appointments are upfront payments.

    
Review Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Scheduling: All booked services are scheduled 3 days out prior to current date.

Scheduling: All On call (immediate service) are 3 1/2 hours out prior to current time.

Scheduling: Reserved appointments are
scheduled 3 calendar months out

  • On-call services are active only by the volume of freelancers on duty.

Service confirmation: 45 - Minutes: processing appointment request.

  • Verifying client’s membership.
  • Notification to the freelancer.
  • Freelancer’s confirmation.  
  • Service notification confirmation to client
  • Freelancers have a 20-minute allowance to be behind schedule.

PICTURES & VIDEOS

For quality and service satisfaction; CBC social profile will display pictures and
videos for future showcasing.

  • It is prohibited to humiliate a client by displaying rude; bullying, harassing profile sharing pictures or videos regardless of any disputes, disagreements and feud.

  • It is prohibited to humiliate a contractor by displaying rude, bullying, harassing profile sharing pictures or videos regardless of any dispute's disagreements and feud.

LEGAL & SERVICE VIOLATIONS

Collaboration:

Assault; Bullying; Discrimination; Fraud, Harassment; Intimidation; Sexual Harassment, Violence and or Soliciting Drugs is strictly prohibited resulting automatic application termination to all parties of involvement.

 

Children:   
Clients must acknowledge the freelancer's professional space and keep children away from tampering with utensils, chemicals and equipment.

Confrontation:

All users are required to maintain professional character and stabilize confrontational disagreements.

All users are required to avoid any escalated confrontation and to call CBC for assistance.

All users are required to first call – the local police department and then CBC for life threating   circumstances.

PLAGIARIZING & PARAPHRASING

CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE also known as has CBC, CLASSIC STUDIOS BOUGIE HAIR, & CUTE NAILS has been legalized, patent and trademarked.

Any business or persons desiring to fund a business that is similar to CBC may franchise with CBC services.

Actions to create such liking without proper contract with CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE is considered plagiarizing, paraphrasing and fraudulent actions.

CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE has been sealed, documented, and governed to prohibit any person or business to copy, paste, reuse data on Classic Bougie Cute platform and grossing 25,000.00 or more in funding without agreeable contract. If one's person or business is found doing so will be subject to legal actions
