For any repairs; removals; treatments and or service trails such as:
- Hair removal: Braids and Installations
- Hair treatments: chemical services- dyes, perms, oil & protein.
- Hair touch ups: frontal lace, half braid service
- Nail enhancement removal (soak offs).
- Nail enhancement repairs: broken nails (no broken skin), fill ins.
- Facial cleaning.
- Make-up service trial: make-up make over for events
- Services listed will be separately booked. No consultation and actual services will be given within the same booked appointment.
Service consultant's
Cosmetologist: service consultant will determine whether or not performing services is safe to pursue.
Initial service consultation: Conditions of unhealthy skin, hair or nails.
- Recommend a better time for service once the clients condition improves.
- Recommend client to seek professional assistance outside of Classic Studios services if needed.
- Recommend a cosmetologist once the clients condition improves.

Esthetician: a consultation service that allows the esthetician to work with a client to prepare themselves with more than just unhealthy skin; but to show case facial make-up colors and ideas that would look refreshing for a client's special event. As well as assist them to book an esthetician.
Facial make-up consultation: Assist client with facial make-up ideas before their event.
- Colors will be tested & recommend by esthetician.
- Esthetician will perform a full make-up session for the client's approval.
- Esthetician will document clients' ideas, colors, date of service needed and recommended a make-up artist.
- Client will then book with make-up esthetician before event.
Installment & Removal Consultation: Assisting the client with hair weave installation removal.
- Hair removal: braids (corn rolls & extensions) with wash & conditioning
- Hair removal: quick weave & sew-in Installations with wash & conditioning.
- Hair touch ups: frontal lace.
Hair Treatment Consultation: Assisting a client with natural hair treatments of chemical & oil service.
- Chemicals: dyes & perms
- Oil Treatment: Hot oil, oil, conditioning & protein
CATERING
No service charges will be applied as 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Flat times are 1 hour
per service charge.
All food; ingredients; seasoning and instructions should be present and purchased by the client only.
Any arenas to grocery store are an additional fee will apply.
To spare time for food pick up; Classic Studios highly recommend Walmart pick up. Walmart pick up has a membership mobile app. And or any food delivery application.
Hours selected are hours given; if client needs more, time can be added through
Classic Studios; absolutely no cash transactions to cater.
Caters can except cash tips.
If any time overrides hours selected; cater are instructed to discontinue
services.
ALL CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE:
Utensils: pots, pans, bowls, plates, measuring cups, pitchers, folks, spoons, mittens, etc.
Cleaning products: Dish soap, disinfection solutions of any kind, surface cleaner, clean towels, paper towels, broom and mop with fresh water.
Proper Ventilation: Open windows, surface fan etc.
Food and instructions.
SERVICE INCLUDES:
Cleaning and disinfecting counter tops, washing dishes, tabletops; microwave, sweeping / mopping kitchen or dinning floor. (30 to 45 minutes max.)
Prepping dish and reading instructions on type of seasoning,
Cooking without leaving kitchen area unattended for no more than restroom breaks or small smoke breaks of 10 minutes.
After food is complete; caterer is to properly dish food in containers for
serving.
Set table, with dish wear and food.
Wash dish wear used.
Clean kitchen area; and take out trash.
CATERING STAFF:
Not all staff are professional chefs; they are given the opportunity to service
their craft and help those that may need assistance with daily activities.
Each caterer is state certified in sanitation and cross contamination course.
All staff are professionally scanned for criminal history.
Most importantly please acknowledge caterer's profile it specializes the dished they enjoy cooking.
LINEN SERVICE
Linen technicians are required to use the following products if client does not have laundry supplies:
- Tide Free & Gentle Liquid Laundry Detergent: Hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and gentle on fabrics, while still delivering a powerful clean.
- Tide Oxy-Clean for whites.
- Downey Dryer Sheets 4 used per dry.
- Dreft Pure Gentleness Liquid Baby Detergent: Tested on eczema-prone skin and found to be gentle, with a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic formula designed to minimize irritation.
LINEN STAFF:
Not all staff are professional laundry technicians; they are given the opportunity to service their craft and help those that may need assistance with daily activities.
All staff are professionally scanned for criminal history and special services they provided. Most importantly please acknowledge linen technician profile.
LINEN SERIVCE RESTRICTIONS
If the linen technician completes and delivers linen with unsatisfactory service; client is to immediately contact Classic Studios office or Classic Studios Linen field supervisor to report the issue.
No undergarments: this includes - men/women’s boxers; lingerie: panties; men’s underwear; bras; sports bras.
No soiled linen: technicians will not wash out blood; urine; bm stains. These
items will be left untouched
Clients are to sort colors; no linen technician is going to take the time out to sort colors.
Clients are to provide laundry basket, no trash bags.
Bags are recommended for top cover only to keep laundry dry from rain / snow weather.
Linen services is a no contact service. No linen technician is to be in client's home: this is prohibited.
Immediate services (not scheduled services) prices are slightly higher in price than scheduled services.
Inclement weather service prices will be slightly higher.
Please review linen technician profile for laundry supply brands used.
All laundry services may take up to 4 hours for a return.
Please tag your name and phone number on your laundry basket with permanent
marker.
Please no "expensive brand clothing".
If client needs laundry supplies, please note the type of supplies you cannot or prefer not to use.

SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
Manicure & Pedicure
· Twisted nails of the fingers or toes.
· Overly thick nails of the fingers or toes.
· Bruised, sore, redness, or hot to the touch skin on or around the nail plate of the fingers or toes.
· Damaged, torn, injured skin on or around nail plate of the fingers or toes
· Visible irritation like redness or rash around your nail plate, on your nail bed
· A lifted nail that has broken the skin of the fingers or toes.
· Fungal visibility or smell of the fingers or toes.
· Abnormal discoloration of the finger or toenails.
Eyelashes
· Visible redness to the whitening of the eye.
· Puffy, red and swelling of the eye or near the eyelash
· Crusted lashes
· Flaking of the skin near eyelash
· Damaged or missing lashes that has been neglected of care

Facial skin for eyebrows or make-up application
· Severe flaky, crusted or rash to the skin that may cause bleeding
· Fungal acne or rash that may cause irritation.
Hair barbering, braiding, or styling
· Severe damage to the scalp caused by flakiness, fungal or dryness.
· Over processed hair that may cause more damage.

Health
· No shaving before pedicure service
· Before hair styling, braiding or barbering; if client did not book a wash, condition or oil treatment; client must have hair clean, dry and detangles before service.
· No to limited service of a pedicure to a client of a diabetic, or blood thinner medication clients.
· No to limited service of a pedicure on a poor blood circulation client.

REGISTER & NON- REGISTER CLIENT
A register client cannot book for a non - registered client.
Exceptional: If a registered client has minor family member; the client must add them to him/her to their registry.
Added minor family member must possess the same address.
Additional addresses are prohibited.

REDIRECTION
Clients are prohibited to redirect a traveling freelancer to a non-registered property for catering, linen, or mobile salon service.
Only exception of redirecting a freelancer should be approved through Classic Studios first.
Exceptional places other than personal registered address:
· Hotels & Motels
· Public settings with high traffic such as photo shoots; party and special celebrated events.
· Group homes; correctional facilities; retirement or senior citizen homes.
· And or apartments, lofts or facilities that has a current active management or concierge on duty.
· If the service environment do not have management or concierge on duty, additional fees may apply for which a field supervisor or a lead management will arrive to the service appointment with the freelancer to monitor until services is complete.
DIRECT CASH IS PROHIBITED
Freelancers will not travel with direct cash; all transactions are made through Classic Studios headquarters.
Tips are allowed through Classic Studios application during check out before service.
If the client wants to tip the freelancer for service satisfactory, the client can do so through the mobile application with the freelancer's name and member number ID.
SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS
For mobile services, Classic Studios policy requires that each client arrange to have their service area presentable, clean and free of debris.
Service pets are welcome, but domestic animals are required to be removed from the area of service.
Infestation of bed bugs, mice, and roaches, unpleasant smells and trash; the client cannot book services.
If client has these unfortunate issues and attempts to booked services, and the traveling freelancer witness the issues listed, the freelancer has the right to refuse services.
· Traveling, escorting, processing & tax fees will be lost.
Client must arrange comfortable seating for themselves that will not cause a strain to their back or legs from extensive sitting and limited maneuvering.
Client must arrange proper lighting.
Client must arrange proper plug outlets; no freelancer will overstock on a power outlet.
TRANSACTION
POLICES
SALON PAYMENT & SERVICES
Salon owners, managers & studio renters are welcome to book a cosmetologist for the follow reasons:
- Additional assistance
- Service coverage for an absent worker
- Booked to travel to a client
In salon services:
- 1 full day or half a day payment:
- Salon to cosmetologist: Commission (varies by owner / manager)
- Initial service fee for a freelancer request (varies by service type). (Salon owner / manager must book and pay for the first service. Thereafter, commission payout is between the owner / manager and freelancer).
- Processing fee: 12.42
- Dispatching assistant fee: 15.02.
- Traveling fee for cosmetologist: 8.00
Mobile services:
- Salon to cosmetologist: Commission (varies by owner / manager)
- Initial service fee for a freelancer request (varies by service type).
- Owner / manager may charge their client their service fees, and there after book and pay for a traveling freelancer from classic studios
Open booth:
- Salon owners, managers & studio renters are welcome to post booth vacancies.
- Open booth can be filled until owner/ manager finds someone to fill the vacancy.
- Arrangements are only made between the freelancer and the salon owners, managers or studio renters.
- Per freelancer contract, a freelancer remains contracted as a traveling freelancer and can continue traveling as a secondary means of income until their contract ends with Classic Studios.
CLIENTS PAYMENT & SERVICES
Clients looking for service of catering, disk jockey, linen service, photographing, or salon service.
Payment: freelancer traveling to client's personal space
Initial fees that are included:
- Service fee: Varies
- Processing & Tax fee: 12.42
- Traveling fee: 8.00
- Service Insurance (optional / Refundable). 12.00 - replacing freelancer, retrieving abandon items.
- Dispatch service assistance 15.02.(emergency assistance please call your local PD).
- Non- Surveillance service fee additional 15.02.
- Non-Surveillance, a service that do not have management or an active concierge on duty.
REFUND
A 100% refund will be issued to the client if the cancellation policy is followed.
- The processing & tax fee of 12.42 is non-refundable once a traveling freelancer is in route.
- The traveling fee of 8.00 is non-refundable once a traveling freelancer and the freelancer is in route.
- Escorting or dispatching service assistance fee of 15.02 is non-refundable once a traveling escort or service assistant is in route.
- Processing fees & taxes; traveling fees, escort & assistant fees are not refundable to a client if the client did not book services through Classic Studios but paid the freelancer directly for services.
- However, all fees are waived for next service appointment scheduled for the client if service cancellation has not been followed through properly.
- If the cancellation policy is violated, the client may only receive 100% of the service fee not the transaction fees.
- If a client is injured during services such as clipped, nipped, scrapped to a point of bleeding a client is rewarded .003% of the service fee. And services within that injured area will be first aid and discontinued.
- Service schedule has a 4-hour window before each service; a client has 3-hour window to cancel their schedule appointment. 1-hour prior to services a traveling freelancer is in route.
CANCELLATION
- To avoid the loss of booking fees, the client must call CBC, not the technician.
- Classic Studios has a limit of 20 minutes to prepare a service booking request for the client to dispatch the freelancer.
- The freelancer has 10 minutes to except the service request.
- Cancellation of service from the client to CBC is between 45 or 30 minutes before a freelancer is dispatched to the client.
- The freelancer has the maximum limit of 45 minutes to arrive to the booked appointment.
- Which means the traveling freelancer can be no later than 15 minutes behind schedule.
- Due to unfortunate circumstances and freelancer is later than 20 minutes behind schedule the appointment can be cancelled, and the client can request a 100 % full refund.
