FIELD SUPERVISOR

 

Qualifications: 

• Must carry drivers' insurance.
• Must be up to date with flu vaccination
• Must have a clear criminal background history.
• Not required but a plus, management or supervisor experience.
• Not required but a plus, security or monitoring service experience.
• Customer services experience.
• Strong time management skills before, during, and after services.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively.
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive and upbeat work
• Must possess an electronic smart phone and tablet.

 

Responsibilities:

• All professionals must present themselves well groomed.
• Clean and ironed dress shirt and dress pants.
• Neat and groomed hair; tied back, clean nails, dress shoes.  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively.
• Trouble shoot the concerns of the clients.
• Pick up abandon items such as laundry, salon materials
• Escort Caters, and cosmologist to their destination.
• Delivery items.
• Keep cell phone active / charged and location shared.

• Type of pay: by offer (varies) + traveling expenses / tips.
