SERVICE AGREEMENT
This service agreement is made between CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE AKA' CLASSIC STUDIOS, BOUGIE HAIR & CUTE NAILS and FORMALLY advertised as CBC subsequently called 'OWNER; and CLIENT.
As a CLIENT, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and stipulations contained in this agreement, OWNER does hereby co-sign you as a CLIENT CONTRACTOR' to CBC, and CLIENT CONTRACTOR' hereby co-sign application use from OWNER.

And under any other physical establishment of CBC and CBC’s sanitation facilities sufficient to contract a CLIENT. AKA’ CLIENT CONTRACTOR' to authorize CBC'S; SUB-CONTRACTED SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONAL to operate services for you the CLIENT CONTRACTOR and provide services to the public as a SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONAL TRAVELING AGENT under CBC Supervision.
Terms Of Agreement
This co-signing agreement shall begin

After one year; the CLIENT CONTRACTOR can continue on a year-to-year basis; and extend the lease for a year with no more than a __.06%__ increment increase of transactional fees.
After one year, owner may terminate this agreement upon a 2-month written notice and CLIENT CONTRACTOR can terminate with 2 months' notice after the lease term is served.
TRANSACTIONAL RATES
- Transactional Rate: per booked service $_12.42_.
- Transactional Rate: per traveling $_10.00_.
- Transactional Rate: booked deposit $_19.00_.
- Transactional Rate: service charge $_Varies_.
- Transactional Rate: service assistance / non-surveillance property assistance $_20.00_.
- Transactional Rate: Service Insurance $_56.00_. (Refundable).

CASH & TIPS:
- Cash tips: no loose change on the TRAVELING AGENT bigger than 10.00$.
- Tips can be given to a AGENT through a compatible electronic transaction.
- Tips are also allowed through CBC application check out.

SERVICE INSURANCE:
Option # 1 Service Insurance: CBC will send out the next available TRAVELING AGENT upon clients’ service request.
- Cosmetologist / non-cosmetologist replacement.
- Retrieve abandoned items.
Option # 2: No Service Insurance: CBC will not send out the next available TRAVELING AGENT.
- CLIENT’S responsibility to discontinue services and rebook the next available TRAVELING AGENT independently.
OR
- CLIENT’S responsibility to discontinue services for a refund. (cancellation/refund policy).

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Added services made “before” the 1-hour appointment window”. Clients are allowed to add additional services through CBC website.
- Added services made “after” the 1-hour service window” changes are settled between the client and a TRAVELING AGENT.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING:
- Payments: All booked appointments are upfront payments.
- Scheduling: All booked services are scheduled 3 days out from the current date.
- Scheduling: All On-call (immediate service) are 3 1/2 hours out from current time.
- Scheduling: Reserved appointments are scheduled 7 days out from current date and 3 calendar months out from current date.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
- Depending on the bank, the refund may take 3 to 7 business days.
- The client must call CBC to cancel services, not the TRAVELING AGENT.
- To receive a 100% refund, the client must cancel within the time frame of 1 hour before service appointment.
- Clients may lose processing, tax and traveling fees, if a TRAVELING AGENT or FIELD SUPERVISOR is in route during service cancellation.

FIELD SUPERVISOR: (Non-surveillance properties)
- CBC- Field Supervisor is not affiliated with the city's local police department.
- CBC- Field Supervisor description of service is to assist the TRAVELING AGENT.
- CBC- Field Supervisor description of service is to assist the CLIENT CONTRACTOR.
- CBC- Field Supervisor description of service is to assist the CLIENT.
- CBC respectfully ask that all users respect the field supervisors’ assistance to help resolve minor issues and the TRAVELING AGENT safety of all services given.
- If any circumstances of escalation of conflict arise, please call the local Police Department.

CLIENT CONTRACTOR & TRAVELING AGENT CONTRACT
Under CBC stipulations contained in this agreement, a cosmetologist and a non-cosmetologist are defined as a SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONAL but contracted as a SUB-CONTRACTED SELF-EMPLOYED TRAVELING AGENT AKA’ TRAVELING AGENT.
A TRAVELING AGENT service description is defined as a professional who offers his/her services on a self-managed basis and is not formally linked to CBC by means of a traditional full-time employment but acknowledged CBC as a 3rd- party vendor that advertises salon and non-salon mobile services to the public
SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONALS AKA’ TRAVELING AGENTS are entirely responsible to promote self-clientele, provide self-service supplies, independently securing ones’ health benefits; transportation; and business insurance, car insurance and one’s taxes; to operate with CBC.
SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONALS AKA’ TRAVELING AGENTS are not provided with state or federal protections from any agency like the department of labor, or the equal employment opportunity commission from CBC or any businesses that contracts with CBC.
TRAVELING AGENTS are required to possess professional certification to operate services to clients.
Required by Federal, State and/or local authorities in the performance of providing services; failure to obtain, maintain and/or display the required license(s) will result in a loss of contract and contactor privileges and/or may be cause for immediate termination of this agreement
TRAVELING AGENTS shall display their certification licenses at each service appointment.
TRAVELING AGENTS shall maintain and display their service ID to each client before servicing a client.
CLIENT CONTRACTOR cannot contract a TRAVELING AGENT out of CBC contract on less the contract between CBC and the TRAVELING AGENT has ended.
Once the CLIENT CONTRACTOR books services through CBC portal for a TRAVELING AGENT; CBC is not responsible for any actions of personal payments, refunds or payouts made between CLIENT CONTRACTOR and the TRAVELING AGENT outside of CBCs' website.
CLIENT CONTRACTOR cannot directly request a TRAVELING AGENT on CBC portal for service without proper booking. Any actions of such from a contracted member cannot represent CBC or request an investigation, assistance or provide legal support to an unfortunate circumstances.

CLIENT CONTRACTOR cannot use CBC as an obligation of service misfortune, service assistance, or responsibility if the agreement between the CLIENT CONTRACTOR and TRAVELING AGENT continues to conduct business after the first business day of the initial service has been executed.
CLIENT CONTRACTOR and CLIENT CONTRACTOR or cannot use CBC as a service representation if the CLIENT CONTRACTOR and TRAVELING AGENT continue to conduct business after the first business day of the initial service has been executed.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
HOW TO BEGIN
- Each CLIENT CONTRACTOR must register to become a member.
- Each TRAVELING AGENT must register to become a member.
HOW TO LOG IN & LOG OUT
- All users must log in first before checkout.
- All TRAVELING AGENTS will be responsible for determining their days and hours of operation for service notification.
- Each TRAVELING AGENT must sign on CBC Portal before appearing active.
- If the TRAVELING AGENT is not logged on, they will not appear as active for services.
ACCOUNT USAGE
Service accounts cannot be in a non-active state for 69 consecutive business days.
- If a service account is found non-active for 69 consecutive business days; their account will be suspended unless appeal has reconsidered circumstances. Service account will then be charged a $25.00 reactivation fee.
Service accounts cannot be in a non-active state for 90 consecutive business days.
- If a service account is found non-active for 90 consecutive business days; their account will be terminated, and client will need to re-register themselves.
TRAVELING AGENTS' RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAVELING AGENTS shall maintain a professional appearance, effective communication, and detailed reports.
TRAVELING AGENT APPEARANCE:
- Clean attire must be worn; dark colored scrubs are recommended.
- Hair tied back up and out of the facial area.
- Free of loose jewelry.
- Comfortable shoes.

SURVEILLANCE & NON-SURVEILLANCE
Surveillance: A residential property that has management or a concierge during business hours
- $15.00 assistance service fee (refundable if not used).
Non-Surveillance: A residential property that does not have property management or a concierge during business hours.
- $20.00 additional service fee.

- Choose a TRAVELING AGENT.
- Checkout and receive service confirmation.
- TRAVELING AGENT will arrive to establishment

HOW TO CHOOSE AN AGENT
The CLIENT CONTRACTOR can choose a TRAVELING AGENT.
- On duty (online); and can be contacted for availability.
- Not on duty; (offline); and can be contracted for availability.
- Not TRAVELING AGENT preference; not choosing a TRAVELING AGENT; the next available agent will be sent for scheduled appointment.

SERVICE TOOLS:
- All service tools used by the TRAVELING AGENT shall be sanitized, bagged, dated and documented before each service given.
- If the CLIENT OF CLIENT CONTRACTOR request to have service tools sanitized before services; the TRAVELING AGENT will acknowledge service request,

BEFORE SERVICE (30-minute window):
10-minute service area set up.
10-minute Sanitation is taken seriously; CBC policies do follow the department of safety and professional services.
- A TRAVELING AGENT should visibly sanitize their working area before each service.
- ALL tools are serviced at CBC sanitation facilities to be clean, sanitized, bagged and dated.
10-minutes Service Waiver, (during sanitation); If any of the following services listed below is booked for service; a consent waiver form will be presented to be read, reviewed, and acknowledged and to be signed before receiving services.
10-minute Observation: each mobile salon service may detail an observation of a client's environment; skin; face; hair; hands and feet; before service.

Service Waiver
- Nail Enhancements.
- Gel U-V Lamp Services.
- Eyelashes.
- Hair treatments that contain strong chemicals, perms, dye etc.
- Skin treatments of strong chemicals.
- Under the age of 17 years of age.

SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS:
- CLIENT: Infestation of bed bugs, mice, and roaches, unpleasant smells and high volume of trash is not acceptable.

Salon service & henna ink, tattoo service arrangements:
- Clients must arrange a presentable, clean and free of debris service area.
- Clients must arrange comfortable seating.
- Clients must arrange proper lighting.
- Clients must arrange proper plug outlets; no freelancer will overstock on a power outlet.

Catering service arrangements:
- Caters will not provide food or cleaning supplies.
- All food; ingredients; seasoning and instructions should be present.
- Utensils: pots, pans, bowls, plates, measuring cups, pitchers, folks, spoons, mittens, etc.
- Cleaning products: Dish soap, disinfection solutions of any kind, surface cleaner, clean towels, paper towels, broom and mop with fresh water.
- Proper Ventilation: Open windows, surface fan etc.

Disk Jockey, Photography service arrangements:
- Clients must arrange proper lighting.
- Clients must arrange proper plug outlets; no freelancer will overstock on a power outlet.

SERVICE RESTRICTIONS:
Eyelashes:
- Visible redness to the whitening of the eye.
- Puffy, red and swelling of the eye or near the eyelash.
- Crusted lashes.
- Flaking of the skin near the eyelashes.
- Damaged or missing natural lashes that have been neglected.
Facial, Eyebrows or Make-up application:
- Severe flaky, crusted or rash to the skin that may cause bleeding.
- Fungal acne or rash that may cause irritation.
- Products that contain plastic microbeads.
Hair styling, barbering, braiding & dreads:
- Severe damage to the scalp caused by flakiness, fungal or dryness.
- Over processed hair that may cause more damage.
Henna ink & Tattoos:
- No services will be offered between the hip and knee area.
- No services will be offered between the upper chest and upper abdominal area.
- No tattoo services will be offered to minors.
- No service will be made on skin that appears red, swollen, and hot to the touch, broken skin, bruised skin, rash or flaky.
Linen Restrictions:
- No undergarments: this includes - men/women’s boxers; lingerie: panties; underwear; bras; sports bras.
- No soiled linen: blood; urine; BM stains. These items will be left untouched.
- Clients are to sort colors.
- Clients are to provide laundry baskets, no trash bags.
- Bags are recommended for top cover only to keep laundry dry from rain / snow weather.
- Linen services are a no contact service. No linen technician is to be in the client's home: this is prohibited.
- Please review the linen technician profile for laundry supply brands used.
- All laundry services may take up to 4 hours for a return.
- No expensive brand of clothing.
- Before linen pick up: tag name on linen basket with permanent marker.
Nails:
- Twisted nails.
- Overly thick nails.
- Broken nail.
- Lifted nail exposing broken skin.
- Blood thinner medication – Nail enhancement restricted.
- Poor blood circulation – Mini message restricted.
- Acrylic powder (acrylic powders are acceptable if it does not carry MMA state law and used for dipping powder service only.
- Clients should not shave or scrub legs before pedicure service.
- Clients should not cut finger & toenails too low before services.
PERFORMANCE POLICY
25/25/50 SERVICE POLICY:
We value what we do; CBC cosmetologist & catering TRAVELING AGENT will perform 25/25/50 service.
- 25%: Contractor will discuss client service choice and suggestions.
- 25%: Contractor will stop mid-service to recap style, texture, size, color etc.
- 50%: of the remaining service will be complete.

SERVICE ABUSE:
- Requesting a refund without an actual cause to be dissatisfied, after a TRAVELING AGENT performed the 25/25/50 policy and 100 % service completion.
- Service provided has a clean, professional look, and looks exactly like what was requested by the client.
- A developed confrontation to prevent paying full service.
- Un-safe environment.
In fairness, if the TRAVELING AGENT completes a 100% service, to only have a client acknowledge that they are not satisfied with their service; a full investigation will take place before client receives refund. However, if an investigation proves *service abuse, a 100% full refund will be rewarded, but the client who booked services may lose application privileges.

SERVICE RATINGS
- Profile rating is linked to the contractor's profile for client’s experience.
- CBC is not responsible for low ratings that can result in no bookings.
- Each contractor is responsible for his/her customer service satisfaction, presentation, communication and appearance.
CBC SAFETY POLICY
During services CBC will send out safety notifications to the active TRAVELING AGENT.
During services CBC will send out safety notifications to the active CLIENT.
CBC safety protocols and policies are given before each user to conduct actions taken for service satisfactory.
If the TRAVELING AGENT or CLIENT responds that they do not feel safe; the field supervisor will receive notification that they are to report to a location to provide assistance but not act lawfully.
The field supervisor will arrive at the destination to only stay in their vehicle and call the professional or client to clarify service concerns.
If the TRAVELING AGENT or CLIENT reports some type of distress, then the field supervisor will instruct the TRAVELING AGENT to terminate their active service and proceed to leave the service appointment.
If an altercation escalates, the field supervisor is instructed to call the located police department while remaining in their vehicle and to document the service issue through CBC’s reports and appeals.

SERVICE VIOLATIONS

Member & Non-Member:
- A non-member service request will be denied.
- A member cannot book a non-member for services.
Redirection:
- Clients are prohibited from redirecting a traveling freelancer to a non-registered property for catering, linen, or mobile salon service.
Children & Pets:
- Clients must acknowledge the freelancer's professional space and keep children and pets away from tampering with utensils, chemicals and equipment.
- The parent or guardian of the minor child and or pet present is 100% responsible for the protection against hazardous chemicals, fumes, flammables, and electricity etc.

Ingestion & absorption:
.
To prevent chemicals, dust particles and harmful debris becoming digested, or dissolved wrongfully during service CBC respectfully ask to the minimum for the client and self-employed professional:
- Please do not touch your hair, face, or phone or dig in bags, when chemicals or products are applied; please wait until the freelancer says it is safe to do so.
- Please do not eat heavy greasy foods with your hands during manicuring services. Oils may interfere with products curing properly.
- If a client chooses to eat during services, a closed top drink and seal covered food with utensils are exceptional during services.

Confrontations: (automatic application termination)
Assault; Bullying; Discrimination; Fraud, Harassment; Intimidation; Sexual Harassment, Violence and or Soliciting Drugs is strictly prohibited resulting automatic application termination to all parties of involvement.

Confrontation:

- All users are required to be professional and dis-stabilize confrontational disagreements.
- All users are required to avoid any escalated confrontation and to call CBC for assistance.
- All users are required to first call – the local police department and then CBC in life threatening circumstances.

Pictures & Videos:
.
For quality and service satisfaction; CBC social profile will display pictures and videos for future showcasing (automatic application termination).
- It is prohibited to humiliate a client by displaying rude; bullying, harassing profile sharing pictures or videos regardless of any disputes, disagreements and feud.

VIOLATION ACTIONS:
.
- Violation # 1 If a CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; written notification.
- Violation # 2 if CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; notification of written document that is held for future violations.
- Violation # 3 if CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; notification of written document and phone conference.
- Violation # 4 if CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; profile suspension of 2 weeks with an appeal that determines reactivation.
- Violation # 5 if CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; profile suspension of 2 months with an appeal that determines reactivation.
- Violation # 6 if CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; profile termination 6 months with an appeal that determines reactivation.
- Violation # 7 if CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; profile termination 1 year with an appeal that determines reactivation.
- Violation # 8 if CLIENT CONTRACTORS CLIENT is found in violation; profile termination with no appeal that determines reactivation.
PLAGIARIZING & PARAPHRASING
CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE also known as has CBC, CLASSIC STUDIOS BOUGIE HAIR, & CUTE NAILS has been legalized, patent and trademarked.
CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE has been sealed, documented, and governed to prohibit any person or business to copy, paste, reuse data on Classic Bougie Cute platform and grossing 25,000.00 or more in funding without agreeable contract.
Actions of such liking without proper contract with CLASSIC BOUGIE CUTE is considered plagiarizing, paraphrasing and fraudulent actions.
Any business or persons desiring to fund a business that is similar to CBC may franchise with CBC services.
If ones person or business is found doing so without proper contract will be subject to legal action.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By submitting and closing this service agreement; you the CLIENT are acknowledging and agreeing to the mutual promises and stipulations contained in CBC contract.
You the CLIENT aka CLIENT CONTRACTOR also understand that CBC application is managed and supervised by CBC.
As the CLIENT CONTRACTOR you acknowledge that you cannot represent CBC services for personal services outside of CBC profile, platform, or contract services outside of business hours.
In addition to understanding the violation of the service terms presented.
As a user, you am governed to not plagiarize, paraphrase, copy, re-share or use any data, pictures, or video for personal use to influence, bully, sell, copyright or display for personal gain.
