Booking services

• service is paid by the hour, not by minutes.
• service time beings the time of arrival
• If Agent is in need of more time Client can pay the hourly rate in cash to the Agent or summit payment through CBC Platform.
• Paying Agent by Cash will not be rewarded a refund.

• Initial payment is the first hour of service and traveling fee.
• each additional payment of service is charged by the hour.

Caters will not provide cleaning supplies.

Cleaning products:

• Dish soap, disinfection, surface cleaner.
• Clean towels, paper towels,
• Broom and mop with fresh water. 
• Proper Ventilation: Open windows, surface fan etc.

Cleaning and disinfecting:

• Counter tops, Table tops, Microwave and dish washing
• Sweeping / mopping kitchen or dinning floor. (30 to 45 minutes max.)
• Take trash out

Caterers will not provide food or cooking supplies.

• All food; ingredients; seasoning and instructions is provided by the client. 
• Utensils: pots, pans, bowls, plates, measuring cups, pitchers, folks, spoons, mittens, etc.
