Booking services

• Service is paid by the hour, not by minutes.
• Service time beings the time of arrival
• If client is in need of more time client can summit payment through CBC Platform.
• Paying agent by cash will not be refund.
• Agent will be notified 45 minutes before end of service to accept their next service request. 

Caters will not provide cleaning supplies.

Cleaning products are the clients responsiblity: 

• Dish soap, disinfection, surface cleaner.
• Clean towels, paper towels, 
• Broom and mop with fresh water. 
• Proper Ventilation: Open windows, surface fan etc.

Cleaning and disinfecting:

• Counter tops, Table tops, Microwave and dish washing
• Sweeping / mopping kitchen or dinning floor. (30 to 45 minutes max.)
• Take trash out

Upon request 

• Service agent will clean service area before and after service. Along with taking out the trash

Caterers will not provide food.

• All food; ingredients; seasoning and instructions is provided by the client. 
• Utensils: pots, pans, bowls, plates, measuring cups, pitchers, folks, spoons, mittens, etc.
