    • A professional is dispatched by CBC if client wants to request another professional per-dissatisfaction of service.
    • A professional is dispatched by CBC if any items are abandoned and needs to be retrieved.
    • Non-insurance coverage: client or professional reschedules a professional replacement independently.
    • Refundable if not used
