Classic Bougie Cute AKA CBC-Classic Studios third-party
vendor that advertise traveling freelancers such as catering,
linen, or mobile salon service for
clients of tradition and clients of a business.

 

  • During “winter seasons "Classic Studios instructs all traveling freelancers to except their first client at 06:00 AM and their last client at 14:00 PM.

  • During “summer season" Classic Studios instructs the traveling freelancers to except their first client at 06:00 AM and their last client at 16:00 PM.

  • Braiding service start times may begin as early as 05:00 am if it is a 12-hour
    service.

  • This rule does not apply to hotels and facilities that has management or concierge on duty after the hours of sundown hours.

  • Freelancers are welcome to use and not use Classic Studios platform as a at will bases.

All are welcome to register and with CBC.

  • Non-established cosmetologist
  • Established cosmetologist
  • Non-cosmetologist professionals of linen technicians, caterers, henna ink and tattoo artist are

  • Yet all registered freelancers must be professionally certified to maintain an
    active profile.

All professionals that contracts with CBC are subject to service clients within the
following environments.

  • Home Health Care Facilities
  • Retirement / Retirement Facilities
  • Hotels / Motels
  • Group Homes
  • Correctional Facilities
  • Residential homes / apartments of surveillance.
  • Salon, or within a lease establishment of a salon suite from an independent contractor.

(Independent contractors are defined as a professional who lease a suite from a salon owner).

  • Events such as photo shoots, catering
    events, weddings.

  • Restaurants.

 

Surveillance:

  • A residential property that has management or a concierge during business hours.

.

Non-Surveillance:

  • A residential property that does not have property management or a concierge during business hours.

  • Services will be subjected to a field supervisor or service manager on duty.

CBC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Stolen supplies
  • Car vandalism
  • Accidental injury to the client
  • Additional service pay that is agreed between the client and freelancer after service has been booked with CBC and not paid out. CBC will not pay freelancer.
  • Any refund that is owed to a client that was not registered with CBC. Any complaint of such will be investigated, notified to the freelancer, next service payout will be deducted, and application will be suspended.
  • A freelancer should never carry cash money
  • A freelancer should always perform the 50/50 service recap policy
  • A Freelancer is to NEVER argue with the client, if thing escalate, please contact CBC.
  • A freelancer is to NEVER allow the client to redirect them to a property that is not listed on the destination that is given to them during departure. CBC requires the freelancer to call first.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • All services requests are booked 3-days ahead from current day.

  • To avoid the loss of service fees, the client must call CBC: 1 hour to 45 minutes before a scheduled service appointment for a 100 % full refund. 

  • Classic Studios has 30 minutes to fulfill a client’s service request.

  • Classic Studios has 30 minutes to fulfill a service notification to the freelancer.

  • Classic Studios has 30 minutes to prepare a service notification to the client if freelancer is not available.
  • (Service confirmation time: 1 hour 30 minutes).

  •  The freelancer has the maximum delay allowance of 15 minutes.

DIRECT CASH IS PROHIBITED

  •  Freelancers will not travel with direct cash.

  • All service transactions are upfront payments.

  • If the client wants to tip the freelancer for service satisfactory the client can do so as follows:

  • All booked appointments are up-front
    payments.

  • Cash tips: no lose change on the freelancer bigger than 10.00$.

  • Tips can be made to a freelancer electronically from whatever instant cash card that is similar.

  • Tips are also allowed through Classic Studios application during check out. 

  • A freelancer has the right to refuse
    additional services upon service arrival if one is not notified in a timely
    manner.

  • However, a freelancer must not charge
    additional services without client’s permission.

  • Any additional charges made between the freelancer and client; CBC will not issue a refund of this type of transaction.

Additional service request:

  • A client must request to add additional services 4-hours prior to the dispatching of the freelancer.

  • The convenience of a 4-hour window; some freelancers are in the field serving clients; for time management purposes _ and already to be prepared with actual supplies.

 

Additional service agreement:

  • Between the client and freelancer: no
    refund will be awarded to a client from CBC, if direct pay of additional
    services is given to the freelancer.

  • The freelancer service price is the freelancer’s service prices.

A 100% refund policy

  • The processing & tax fee of $12.52
    is non-refundable once a traveling freelancer is in route 1-hour before a non-cancelled service request.

  • The traveling fee of $8.00 is non-refundable once a traveling freelancer is in route 1-hour before a non-cancelled service request.

  • Dispatching, escorting or non-surveillance service fee of $15.02 is non-refundable once they are in route.

(Escort / dispatch assistance maybe one of the following assistants:

  • Field manager

  • Field supervisor

 

Insurance rate:

  • Refundable only if the insurance rate has not been used for the following: – can be used by both client and freelancers.

  • Dispatch assistance

  • Item of left property

  • Replace a freelancer

 

Injured during service:

  • If a client is injured during services such as clipped, nipped, and scrapped to a point of bleeding a client is rewarded .003% of the service fee.

  • And services within that injured area will be first aid and discontinued.

 

50/50 SERVICE POLICY

 

  • During each service, the freelancer should perform 50 % of the service then recap their quality.

  • Ask about look, texture, length, the time spent and the time left to complete.

  • If the client is satisfied document the client's satisfaction with their signature.

  •  If the client is unhappy with their work, the freelancer is required to
    discontinue the service, contact CBC as soon as possible and report the issue under CBC portal "Reports and Status”.

  •  If the client is unhappy with the freelancer work, the client is required to contact CBC as soon as possible.

  • No freelancer is to continue service with a client that is dissatisfied with
    service.

  • Transportation service fee is not refunded $8.00.

  • Booking hold fee is not refunded $7.00. (Included within service fee).

 .

OBSERVATION & SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

As part of the client's policy, it is best for the client to seek a podiatrist (Foot Doctor) or a physician if your client experiencing the following.
Classic Studios freelancers are instructed to refuse: 

  • Twisted toenails.
  • Twisted fingernails.
  • Overly thick toenails.
  • Overly thick fingernails.
  • Bruised, sore, redness, hot to the touch, bleeding hands, fingers, feet or toes.
  • Diabetic, or blood thinner medication clients.
  • Poor blood circulation client.
  • Damaged, torn, injured, or visible irritation like redness or rash around your nail plate, on your nail bed, eyebrows, or around your eye lids during observation.
  • A broken nail or toenail.
  • A lifted nail or toenail
  • A lifted nail or toenail that has broken the skin.
  • Affected eye lashes that was cause by another tech.
  • A bruised, sore, redness to the touch, bleeding feet or toes, face or skin surface.
  • Hands of any diabetic, or blood thinner medication clients.
  • A Manicure or pedicure on poor blood circulation.
  • Sever damaged hair done by another stylist.
  • Damaged or ruff skin on face, around eyebrows, and or eye lashes.

DRUGS & SMOKING

Freelancers must smoke exterior of client’s establishment near curb side.

Smoking during service as a client should be at a minimum.

No freelancer is to solicitate drugs.

No freelancer is to ingest drugs during service.

 .

PICTURES & VIDEOS

For quality and service satisfaction; staff social profile will display pictures and videos for showcasing.

Freelancers are prohibited to humiliate a client by displaying rude, bullying, harassment profile sharing of a client regardless of disputes disagreement and feud.

Classic Studios will not tolerate this act of character; any registered client is
encouraged to immediately report such behavior to Classic Studios so actions
can be taken

Pictures and videos on freelancer social profile is to only display a community of respect and professionalism. 

In the contrast of this commandment, Classic Studios demands the same respect from the client to the freelancer.

No freelancer is to display the client personal home, face or errors. If client
chooses to display face; it only the client choice.

Freelancers can only record or display pictures of their work.

BULLYING AND HARASSMENT POLICY:

Assault; Bullying; Discrimination; Harassment; Intimidation; Sexual Harassment, or Violence is strictly prohibited.

Any incident of this character actions reported and proven will result of application termination with either party of cosmetologist, cosmetologist professional, and client.

Any legal action that is made against any individual of such crime: CBC will not carry out any workers compensation; un-employment or legal representation. 

And any legal cooperation that instructed from law enforcement to CBC submit
to action will be carried out. CS1.01. As noted, the individual is contracted as self-employed, independent professional.

POLICY VIOLATIONS

Each SELF-EMPLOYED CONTRACTOR is given a Service Handbook that details service policies, procedures and violations of CBC – Classic Studios protocols. 

Below states the policy violation action protocols from the OWNER to the SELF-EMPLOYED CONTRACTOR.

  • Physical abuse; damaging property; harassment, stalking and soliciting drugs are an automatic termination without an appeal.
  • Representing CBC services with an undocumented / unregistered client.
  • Arriving to a clients' private service with a non-professional individual(s) that stay more than pick up
    and drop off time.
  • Dropping off product or offering service to a non-document / non-registered client and or property and representing CBC.
  • Not maintaining state and CBC sanitation protocol. Using service tools that looks perused without sanitation. Warning: If a client is a victim of cross contamination; infection or illness do to neglect; the cosmetologist performing the service is 100% reliable for incident.

 

 CHILDREN OF CLIENT & FREELANCER

Classic Studios will not be responsible, legal represent or pay out for any service injury that occurred during service with
children and neglect. 

The adult that is the parent or guardian of the minor present during service is 100% responsible for the care and safety of
that minor child to protect them from hazardous chemicals, fumes and
flammables.

Please acknowledge causes of activities that may contribute to an unsafe environment or injury. 

As a freelancer, if client refuse to acknowledge the child safety policy as a professional, they are subjected to discontinue the client’s service. 

As a freelancer having your child present is prohibited CBC policy, yet if your child is present and becomes injured CBC
will not compensate any legal representation, nor financial compensation. 

SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS

Upon each service arrival, freelancer is required to complete their travel confirmation on the driver application with a photo of the client's state ID and their signature.

For mobile services, Classic Studios policy requires that each client arrange to have their service area presentable, clean and free of debris. 

Service pets are welcome, but domestic animals are required to be removed from the area of service.

Infestation of bed bugs, mice, and roaches, unpleasant smells and trash; the client cannot book services. 

If client has these unfortunate issues and attempts to booked services, and the traveling freelancer witness the issues listed, the freelancer has the right to refuse services.

Client must arrange comfortable seating for themselves that will not cause a strain to their back or legs from extensive
sitting and limited maneuvering.

Client must arrange proper lighting. 

Client must arrange proper plug outlets; no
freelancer will overstock on a power outlet.

REDIRECTION

Clients are
prohibited to redirect a traveling freelancer to a non-registered property for catering, linen, or mobile salon service.

Only exception of redirecting a freelancer should be approved through Classic Studios first. 

Exceptional places other than personal registered address:

· Hotels & Motels

· Public settings with high traffic such as photo shoots; party and special celebrated events.

· Group homes; correctional facilities; retirement or senior citizen homes.

· And or apartments, lofts or facilities that has a current active management or concierge on duty.

If the service environment does not have management or concierge on duty, additional fees may apply as a rated fee of 15.02$

 REGISTER & NON - REGISTER CLIENT 

 

A register client cannot book for a non - registered client.

 Exceptional: If a registered client has minor family member; the client must add them to him/her to their registry.

 

Added minor family member must possess the same address. 

 Additional addresses are prohibited.

overstock on a power outlet.

 

 

CATERING SERVICES

 

No service charges will be applied as 10, 15 or 20 minutes.
Flat times are 1 hour

per service charge. 

 

All food; ingredients; seasoning and instructions should be
present and purchased by the client only.

 

Any arenas to grocery store are an additional fee will
apply.

 

To spare time for food pick up; Classic Studios highly
recommend Walmart pick up. Walmart pick up has a membership mobile
app. And or any food delivery application.

 

Hours selected are hours given; if client needs more, time
can be added through Classic Studios; absolutely no cash transactions to
cater. 

 

Caters can except cash tips.   

 

If any time overrides hours selected; cater are instructed
to discontinue services. 

 

 

CATERING STAFF:

 

Not all staff are professional chefs; they are given the
opportunity to service their craft and help those that may need assistance with
daily activities.

 

Each caterer is state certified in sanitation and cross
contamination course.

 

All staff are professionally scanned for criminal history.

 

Most importantly please acknowledge caterer's profile it
specializes the dished they enjoy cooking.

 

 

CATRTING CLIENTS:

·        
Utensils:
pots, pans, bowls, plates, measuring cups, pitchers, folks, spoons, mittens,
etc. 

·        
Cleaning
products: Dish soap, disinfection solutions of any kind, surface cleaner, clean
towels, paper towels, broom and mop with fresh water. 

·        
Proper
Ventilation: Open windows, surface fan etc.

·        
Food
and instructions.

 

 

 

SERVICE INCLUDES:

·        
Cleaning
and disinfecting counter tops, washing dishes, tabletops; microwave, sweeping /
mopping kitchen or dinning floor. (30 to 45 minutes max.)

·        
Prepping
dish and reading instructions on type of seasoning, 

·        
Cooking
without leaving kitchen area unattended for no more than restroom breaks or
small smoke breaks of 10 minutes. 

·        
After
food is complete; caterer is to properly dish food in containers for

serving. 

·        
Set
table, with dish wear and food. 

·        
Wash
dish wear used. 

·        
Clean
kitchen area; and take out trash.   

 

 

LINEN SERIVCE &
RESTRICTIONS

 

Linen technicians are required to use the following products
if client does not have laundry supplies:

  • Tide
    Free & Gentle Liquid Laundry Detergent: Hypoallergenic,
    fragrance-free, and gentle on fabrics, while still delivering a powerful
    clean.
  • Tide
    Oxy-Clean for whites.
  • Downey
    Dryer Sheets 4 used per dry.
  • Dreft
    Pure Gentleness Liquid Baby Detergent: Tested on eczema-prone skin
    and found to be gentle, with a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic formula
    designed to minimize irritation.

 

LINEN STAFF:

 

Not all staff are professional laundry technicians; they are
given the opportunity to service their craft and help those that may need
assistance with daily activities.

All staff are professionally scanned for criminal history
and special services they provided. Most importantly please acknowledge linen
technician profile.

 

LINEN SERVICE CLIENTS:



If the linen technician completes and delivers linen with unsatisfactory
service; client is to immediately contact Classic Studios office or Classic
Studios Linen field supervisor to report the issue.

   

No undergarments: this includes - men/women’s boxers; lingerie: panties; men’s
underwear; bras; sports bras.  

    

No soiled linen: technicians will not wash out blood; urine; bm stains. These

items will be left untouched   

  

Clients are to sort colors; no linen technician is going to take the time out
to sort colors.  

 

Clients are to provide laundry basket, no trash bags.  
 

 

Bags are recommended for top cover only to keep laundry dry
from rain / snow weather.

      

Linen services is a no contact service. No linen technician is to be in
client's home: this is prohibited. 

     

Immediate services (not scheduled services) prices are slightly higher in price
than scheduled services.    

    

Inclement weather service prices will be slightly higher. 

      

Please review linen technician profile for laundry supply brands
used.  

       

All laundry services may take up to 4 hours for a return.  

     

Please tag your name and phone number on your laundry basket with permanent

marker.  

      

Please no "expensive brand clothing". 

   

If client needs laundry supplies, please note the type of supplies you cannot
or prefer not to use. 

 

 SALON PAYMENT & SERVICES

 

Salon owners, managers & studio renters are welcome to
book a cosmetologist for the follow reasons:

  • Additional
    assistance
  • Service
    coverage for an absent worker
  • Booked
    to travel to a client 

 

In salon services:

- 1 full day or half a day payment:

  • Salon
    to cosmetologist: Commission (varies by owner / manager)
  • Initial
    service fee for a freelancer request (varies by service type). (Salon
    owner / manager must book and pay for the first service. Thereafter,
    commission payout is between the owner / manager and freelancer).
  • Processing
    fee: 12.42
  • Dispatching
    assistant fee: 15.02.
  • Traveling
    fee for cosmetologist: 8.00

 

Mobile services:

  • Salon
    to cosmetologist: Commission (varies by owner / manager)
  • Initial
    service fee for a freelancer request (varies by service type).
  • Owner
    / manager may charge their client their service fees, and there after book
    and pay for a traveling freelancer from classic studios

 

Open booth:

  • Salon
    owners, managers & studio renters are welcome to post booth vacancies.
  • Open
    booth can be filled until owner/ manager finds someone to fill the vacancy.
  • Arrangements
    are only made between the freelancer and the salon owners, managers or
    studio renters.
  • Per
    freelancer contract, a freelancer remains contracted as a traveling
    freelancer and can continue traveling as a secondary means of income until
    their contract ends with Classic Studios.
